      Very unprofessional. The CEO, Lori, told me I was not welcome back on the premises due to a disagreement in which I asked her not to raise her voice but she continued to do so. The lady is crazy. I was not allowed back on premises because I was resigning, and I asked to close my bank account that I was unwillingly forced to open with Members Choice. She told me I could not access my full funds without paying a $25 account closing fee (for an account I did not even ask for!). I was banned from the premises and then 20 minutes later I received a call that actually, since I was a former employee, the account should have been closed for free. Though I was banned for being correct, all of my money was still in my account, so of course I came back one last time to close my account. Lori is an awful CEO and does not know the policies at all.She does not deal well with disagreement and is highly unprofessional. Choose a different bank!!!!!!!! Read the reviews, this is not a rare case! Go to Kamren, however, if you choose to bank here!

      No one at this location knows enough to be of any assistance with even the most basic issues and questions. The interface on their website is out-dated and nearly impossible to use. This credit union is woefully behind the times. You're better off going with IU Credit Union, or just using a good online bank like Ally.
