  Indu's name was recommended by our realtor and I am greatly pleased with her service and professionalism. She always thinks many steps ahead of us and she knows exactly what point the Mrtg will need additional documents or at what point we should lock the rates Her communications have been too notch and she is always reachable via phone, msgs or emails. Her response times are in minutes !! Her swift work greatly helped us close the deal or else we would have lost the house. For rest of my life, no matter what I buy, where I buy, I am going back to Indu n her team for sure. There is something called Customer Satisfaction and then there is something called Customer Delight!. If you need the later, now you know whom to reach out to ! PS: This is NOT a paid review, This is NOT because of any discounts, This is purely based on my personal experience and how I felt like expressing my thoughts on a genuine mortgage experience

  We were scheduled to get an appraisal at certain day and extended financial period based on that. The appraisal did not come on time and it was hard to get a hold of Indu. Not only appraisal did not get on time, also rushed denial letter was never received. We lost appraisal money and earnest money because of Indu’s and her team’s poor responsiveness and service. If you have a choice, use someone else.
