      Been using them for several years now. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Had a much more enjoyable experience over the previous big chain banks I had used. Have used them for loans as well and they took their time to go over everything and get me the best rates possible which was much lower than the dealership was offering.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve heard about bad experiences from them before but I thought I’m in a hurry and I need an atm. I go to the atm do get a good amount of cash out and the cash didn’t dispense. I went inside and they wouldn’t do anything to help me at all. Since i bank somewhere else they said I need to file a dispute with them. Useless and could care less about people’s money. Why do they allow people to use their atm if they’re never going to help with situations? There are cameras that can show the situation and if they count by at end of the day they can tell it’s going to over. Awful customer experience and anyone that banks there or visits needs to leave fast.

      I understand that banks expect you to be a member to use their services, but this bank is a joke. The teller refused exchange small bills for larger bills, for a non member. If I ever need a new bank, this won't be the one I choose.
