      It’s always my desire to give constructive feedback in any review, thus the 3 stars. I need a bank where the online banking and mobile app are customer friendly as the staff inside the bank branch. I don’t think it’s necessary to get approval from a branch manager to set up a online bill pay at ISB as I was informed. Transferring funds between accounts is equally difficult. In my experience with banking cybersecurity controls do not necessarily make such demands on customers. ISB has to start positioning its online platform to provide customers security and accessibility equal parts where the two work well together for the customer sale.
