      Every single time I call or go into this location I am treated like they've known me for ages. Always ready to help and always ready to make sure my banking needs are met and providing the information I need. The person below my review I am posting put a bogus review and they can't spell so I wouldn't listen to that. Anyone who would like to go to Infinity FCU, please bring your business there and feel the change from large corporate banking to trustworthy people.

      If you are looking for an extended, slow, and uncoordinated process then this bank would be for you. I have gone through various finance processes with several banks and I have never seen such an unclear document request process and experienced such slow response times.

      Would not recommend… AT ALL. The customer service provided felt fake, the loan representative was not helpful and continued to find excuse after excuse for why they were unable to assist me. Would not recommend if you are looking for genuine service.
