If you are handicapped do not bother dealing with Infinity Credit Union. They are perfectly happy that their phone service disconnects you and unless you hit the right number to speak to a person. They also thought that it was smart to block the handicapped entrance with their barricades during Covid. I used to have my money there but since I can’t speak to anyone on the phone and can’t enter the bank to do banking anymore, I have switched to a bank that does not discriminate. Since you replied, I will edit my review to say I spoke to Kristy. She told me that they knew that your phone system disconnected people. She offered to give me the names of people that I could say their names in your voice system, and if they were working and available they would pick up. I don’t have time to call your bank and say different peoples names and hope that they’re at work. Why can’t you just make your voice system connect me to someone when I say customer service or operator?

The hold times are very frustrating, they give you an option to leave a voicemail but you never get a call back when you do leave one.
