      I can't believe that this company exists. It's sole purpose is to take advantage of people who have lost loved ones. They sent me a letter as I was named in a probate proceeding. This is a despicable business model, so please do yourselves a favor and shred anything you get from them.

      I applied for help and had some questions because I've never been through this process before. Well I received a call back, pretty quick, I'll give them that...... but, when I was trying to explain and ask my questions, he rushed me off the line and said "he has other people to talk to and good luck". To me, that's extremely rude, especially if I'm trying to understand the whole process. I understand they do not want to help ANYONE who is receiving funds from OUT OF COUNTY, but you do not have to be rude and rush me off the phone. On top of that constantly interrupting me and repeating the same stuff to me, and then went from being polite to "let me stop you there". Probably would have recommended if they would have took the time to treat me like an actual customer. Now I will no longer.
