      I always thought of Inland Bank as a family as the tellers always made you feel welcomed. They are the best. Now the worst part the vice president of the bank Cindy, the coldest woman, never smiled or ever acknowledged me when walking in the bank. I was with the bank over 5 years, and got a letter from her stating they were closing my account, though there was money going in and out and had direct deposit also. Most recently my accounts , checking and savings were a bit depleted but for a reason, I had just lost my father and had a lot of expenses. The whole staff knew but , the vice president Cindy was cold and showed no compassion. Thank you Cindy, for your wonderful customer service.
