      Literally sent docs over a month ago to these people for my clients on both sides of a deal, they did nothing with it and when called they said they did not have it, after finding it they did apologize but said they were very busy and would get back to me... I have called several times no response and the last thing they said to me two days ago when we are supposed to close in 2 days is :" I have not even looked at your file and there is plenty of people ahead of you, when I get to it I will let your clients know!" WHAT??? So my clients called (forcing them to do my job for them) and they were told they would call them back...NO CALL! Do yourself a favor and call Alliance Title in Lewiston the

      Paid off my property May 1st. Still have yet to receive any title or reconveyance. They are quick to get all the new loans done tho. Common Inland Title, get this done.
