  Eric explained everything to us as first-home buyers. He was patient, friendly, and very communicative. He was VERY knowledgeable about his field- a true expert. He went above and beyond in helping us secure our home. We would not have gotten the accepted offer on our house without his help. After our offer was accepted, Eric and his team were efficient and super easy to work with in the steps up until closing day. My husband and I were never worried and we never felt incompetent in this process because Eric and his team answered all our questions and were proactive in communicating and walking us though the closing process before we were even able to form questions. They seriously made buying a home as easy and stress-free as you possibly can.
