  Nana is an amazing human being and an absolute professional in her field. As first time home buyers, especially since we were moving out of state, we were extremely anxious. We were expecting a lot of red tape and headaches. This experience has been the exact opposite. From day one, Nana walked us through the entire process, taking time to explain how everything works at every step, putting our minds at ease about the entire process. And sure enough, everything played out exactly as she outlined, except a bit faster and a bit cheaper. She’s the type of person to under-promise and over-deliver at every opportunity. With Nana and her team at Innova, we felt like we had an entire army of professionals working to make sure we got the home we picked. They managed to close ahead of schedule and under budget, and set an impossibly high bar for professionalism and work ethic in the process.
