  We recently used Brad as our Mortgage Broker to purchase our first home. He came highly recommended to me by a close friend who has done dozens of transactions over the years... My friend said, "Shop around and when your done, call Brad last." With the advice, I shopped around and got an idea of what rates would look like for our situation, and finally I called Brad last. In our initial conversation with Brad he quoted us a rate that was lower than anyone else, and to top it off, his quote was with 0 points. Literally, everyone else quoted a higher rate which was only possible because they included buying points in their quotes. Needless to say, I was impressed. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions for Brad and he took the time to answer all of them; even taking our calls after 7 or 8pm when it was most convenient for us. He wasn't pushy and had incredible respect for the budget we had set for ourselves. With our pre-qualification complete we started working with our realtor and viewing homes. Some time had passed and the rate situation had changed rapidly, but when we finally made an offer (which was accepted) Brad quickly worked to lock in the lowest rate possible. While we ultimately bought points, even with 0 points his rate was still almost 0.25% below what was advertised at the time. Our purchase took twice as long as expected due to the Sellers (and our rate lock had to be extended multiple times); but, Brad quickly responded at every turn to protect the deal, protect our interests, and help us save money. Brad easily went above and beyond anything I could have expected. After our experience, the level of service we received from Brad, and the amazing deal he worked out for us... It would be incredibly difficult to convince us to go with anyone else in the future. Thank you so much Brad! We look forward to working with you again in the future!
