I am a business owner in Bham , Al . I was contacted by INS Bank Rep who reached out to see if he could earn my business . I was told they were a bank for the working man and could provide us with consolidation loan , working capital etc . This went n for almost a year . The banker I spoke with originally moved on . The bank finally had a rep let me know they weren’t a good fit for us ? Funny thing about banks , they only want to work with people who don’t need there help . My advise INS is don’t solicit unless you can deliver .

The people are so nice, but the online portals are extremely difficult to navigate. When you call, no one can really help explain the online use. I spend about 25 minutes every month trying to pay on our HELOC. It's way too complicated.
