Horrible service when it comes to card services. They use a 3rd party company for fraudulent charges which withdrew money from my account twice as a mistake after crediting the wrong amount initially. So not only did I have to wait for over a month on money from fraudlent charges, I got charged DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DURING THE DISPUTE AND HAD TO WAIT TO GET THAT MONEY RETURNED THAT WAS NEVER DISPUTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! What a complete hassle of 4 hrs of phone calls dealing with incompetent reps to still WAIT ON MONEY THAT WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AS THEIR MISTAKE. If I wanted to give loans out I would open my own bank!!!

The personnel at this bank are some of the rudest folks Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with for loan services. You cannot speak to anyone there regarding an outstanding issue that was in the process of being resolved without being treated like a lowlife collection case that doesn't pay their bills. I have a nearly perfect credit score and have never missed a payment with these folks but yet they will harass you, speak rudely, speak over you and treat you like garbage. I guess they have just taken their training from collection agencies tactics with slimy business practices. I will never do business again with this credit union and urge others if you care at all about customer service to look elsewhere for any banking needs. Edit: Wow, check out all the bad reviews for this place. Believe them all!
