  We absolutely loved it! The building and apartments are beautiful and the staff is extraordinarily nice. Plus it's right in the middle of the Navy Yards by the Nats. Doesn't get better.

  I’ve lived in Insignia since Fall of 2019 and the maintenance team is always responsive. The location of the building is also great for commuting. They have all the amenities you really need even if they’re not as updated or top of line as newer builds in the area.

  The staff are just as friendly as the reviews state, but unfortunately, as someone who works from home, I have to warn others that the doors and walls are insanely thin. There's often a chorus of dogs barking (anyone who has a barking dog in your hallway will echo straight into your apartment) and neighbors' music and conversations come straight through the walls. I used to live at First Residences across the way and never heard anything from my neighbors there. If it weren't for the staff I would give one star, but sadly cannot recommend especially if working from home.
