      I spoke to a female member service rep and I the service wouldn’t recognize when I pressed 1. My name is jessica morrow and I spoke to her today around 3pm. She was very friendly and professional. I wish I could’ve completed her survey cause she deserved brownie points for being so nice. I should’ve gotten her name! I work at a credit union myself and having front line staff that is so member oriented is GOLD. Thank you.

      They deducted $10 from my account in April and in May for inactivity, that’s absolutely ridiculous. That’s like stealing money, unbelievable!!
