      Terrible... told me my stamped silver jewelry was plated when infact, stamped and all, was not.... weird policies and really bad attitudes. Never do business with them.

      Unfortunately just because something is stamped does not 100% indicate its authenticity. We have a 3 part testing method to authenticate all precious medals, if 1 of those 3 tests fails we pass on said item. I am sorry to have lost your business today and hope you return sometime in order for us to win it back.
