Professional, courtious and helpful. They have gone out of their way to phone us with a friendly reminder the day before the due date (Although we've never ben late) When we questioned why they felt the need to call and remind us with no reason to suspect it was neccessary, their reply was "We call customers ranomly just to be helpful or with a reminder that our hours on that specific due date happened to be different from usual. The call is also accompanied with an offer of any assistance they might provide on the off chance we may have a complilication they could help with. reminding that many people won't ask for help or advice and just quietly struggle to be prompt and/or end up late with out asking if there might be any way the business may be helpful during a possible difficult situation. This is a long winded way to state that we feeel they practice good business.
