Jim Elkins was our loan officer, but that does not begin to quantify his perfection and speed with what he accomplishes for you! My calls never went to his voice-mail! Can you believe that? Jim truly is the best loan officer I've ever done business with. He answered all my calls, emails, and text messages promptly AND WITHOUT DELAY. That in itself is remarkable, considering the amount of clients he, without a doubt, has. I will be recommending this company and Jim, specifically, to anyone I know that is looking for a top notch, head above the rest, quality person to guide them thru the refinance process!       Jim is the only guy you want to go through for all your mortgage needs. He got my refi through in THREE DAYS. Painless, professional, awesome rate, LOW fees, you name it! It almost seemed too good to be true but it was true. I will only go to Jim from now on. A local, huge mortgage company put me through the wringer to get what should have been an easy refi through but not Jim. Why didn't I go through him in the first place? I'll never make that mistake again!
