  1st time HOME BUYERS BEWARE ! Michael Oropeza at the Rancho Cucamonga office appeared to be the best individual to assist my family and I with our first home purchase. He was a nice guy who said the right things and made me feel comfortable before he backdoor my family. See: I'm a word working single father of 5 children and I care for my 103 year old grandmother. After working so hard to get my credit right, saved up some money in savings. I'm thinking now is the best time to buy, right.... Michael assisted me all the way to closing, Michael and the realtor had me wired the down payment to escrow after I signed all the final documents. I was told my family and I will receive our keys on Monday, instead of receiving our keys I was told that things changed and I will not be getting the home and I will NOT RECEIVE THE CLOSING COSTS BACK. I do not advise anyone to deal with Michael Oropeza when buying your first home. HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR FAMILY & your hard earned MONEY !

  Lender Jason Sullivan with Integrity Home Mortgage, serving the Fredericksburg VA area, was rude and unprofessional when I contacted him about a refinance. His reasoning for "not interested in helping you" was that he worked up an estimate 4 years earlier. At that time, I had gone with another lender due to significant cost savings and I had no idea that I would be banned from getting a loan in the future. I was caught off guard by the text exchange with this lender and hurt by the response I received. I don't recommend this company due to its blackballing practices.
