  Faye Strickler works for "Integrity" Home Mortgage Corporation. She had the audacity to try to take me as a client away from Planet Home Lending. She wanted all of my paperwork, IRS tax returns, and even wanted to run my credit report. This lady pushed me so bad on the phone conversation. She made me feel less than a human-being. She kept on and on after I told her 3 times I did not have any paperwork. My orginals remain at the lending office. I explained to her Im simply in the background. If my lending officer said he could close the loan, he will close it. My lending officer explained to her my loan would close. He explained to to her exactly the things we needed to do. We just needed more time. This woman (Faye) insisted my realtor see that I contact her. Even after Faye had spoken to my lending officer. In the end, she helped us loose our ratified contract. She contacted the listing agent. She 🗣 said we did not have our loan in order which caused the seller to ask for a release. Talk about Integrity...I do believe she is working for the wrong company.
