  Having Kim Violette as our mortgage broker over the last decade has been such a blessing! If you're looking to buy a home, one phone call to Kim is ALL you need. Truly! She is so incredibly knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions in such great detail. She genuinely cares about her clients, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need! Her expertise is unlike any other. Kim solves problems before they become problems - she takes on the burden of the stressful situations, and only presents you with solutions. This is so important because the entire process is stressful to begin with, but with Kim's expertise and knowledge she takes the stress out of home buying for you. We have worked with Kim for over 10 years now and we would go to her again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend Kim - she is the best, hands down!

  After calling Kim in a panic, she calmed our nerves and got us in to our home. She returned my call after hours to address my concerns with another lender. She was so knowledgeable and truly cared about getting us into our new home on short notice! Quick and efficient! Her and her team were quick to respond with any questions. She encouraged us along the way and kept us updated frenquently. Top notch service! The team genuinly cared. Highly recommend!
