  We have been impressed by the service and responsiveness of the whole Intelligent Mortgage (IM) Team! Rhonda first reached out to us last December, and shortly after organized an initial meeting to talk about our mortgage options, and the ways how IM can help us get the best interest rates and loan terms. We also worked very closely with Brandon and Mark @ Intelligent Mortgage on all of the loan paperwork. They promptly answered our questions and kept us informed on all next steps. Working together with Intelligent Mortgage, we felt confident that we were in good hands. This is important given the amount of paperwork involved when taking a mortgage and the fact that we were going through this process for the first time. Intelligent Mortgage helped us connect to a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who greatly helped in communicating with our builder, ensured that the process ran smoothly during home inspections and was always available to discuss any questions or concerns. We strongly recommend Intelligent Mortgage to new home buyers and people in our network who plan purchasing a new home!

  We worked with Brandon and Mark. They were very professional throughout the entire process and did everything possible to take care of us during our process. Brandon even called us on closing day from his hospital bed between surgeries to make sure that everything was taken care of and again after to make sure it went as planned. True professionals and awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

  I don’t usually respond to mail advertisements, but this one came at the right time. I was guarded, but when Brandon answered my call he seemed sincere and committed to my goals. Brandon and his team took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and rework the loan at my request. They answered my calls day and night, even on the weekends. They wouldn’t give up even when I was ready to, finding creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Thank you to Brandon and the team at intelligent mortgage, you guys work hard for your money, and more importantly, you work hard to earn peoples’ trust.
