Excellent customer service. The tellers are very fast and efficient. Joanma in customer service is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She is excellent in assisting our company with our accounts. They are always looking out for us in our best interest. We highly recommend this bank as a five star community bank. They treat the customers like family.

Horrible bank. Horrible manager. Horrible service. This bank is super outdated and the workers in this branch, the manager specifically, is super unprofessional.

No wonder no one wants to bank here. Can’t even help with quarters. The lady told me I don’t have a bank account there and pointed to the laundry mat to get quarters. You’re a bank and supposed to offer bank services. I go into Wells Fargo and Bank of America and get quarters anytime I need! Don’t bank here.

This action was taken for various reasons including but not limited to branch security. Of course we are disappointed with the content of the statements as they do not accurately reflect or represent the embodiment of an institution that has been serving the South Florida community for over 45 years.
