      Matthew Barrett and his team rocks! Not only did we close our loan 2 weeks earlier then expected, not only were the fees and interest rate less than America First or Quicken Loans..... I thought we were done! Intercap now sends us home value reports, calculators to show us the effect of making additional principal payments and even a few helpful real estate articles. This is my 4th home buying experience and this one has been the best! Thanks to Matt and Intercap.
