      This bank has the worst customer service ever. It's no wonder why they only have one branch. Customers beware do not do business with them! Especially that rude good for nothing Karen Jarquin & Natalia she shouldn't be in the banking business doesn't return clients calls delays in sending wire transfers. Its a circus show!

      Out of terror, Ingrid Rivera's total ineffectiveness, we had to close the account of so many confusion that she generated, incredible the level of employees they have. I do not recommend it as a bank.
