  The condition of the property you own in Streetsboro Ohio is atrocious. The parking lot has so many pot holes you cannot drive through it. There is no where to go to avoid them. It is absolutely unacceptable that you collect rent each month and yet fail to take care of the property. It is not only unsightly, it is dangerous.

  Shame on you as a business. And you say your CEO is a layleader of non profits. I frequent a restaurant that rents from these people snd i have watchef them strughle the ladt few weeks as All restaurants have. They have asked for a reprieve amd you have spit . Their face. Be careful...this may be you in the future and you may very well get back the humanity you ste dishing out.
