      This place has the worst customer service. They say whatever it takes to get you to open a account and then when all said and done it's not what was promised They don't explain anything on how there auto loans work or how you make your payments. My first payment was late because of poor customer service and explanation of process of refinance loan.i will be looking for new company.I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone.

      The staff are very friendly and helpful. When something was not working out quite right they gave me options to come back, wait in the comfortable lobby, or they would call me when the issue was resolved. Thanks for taking care of me.
