Was a great location but now is the worst. Will be driving across town to the other branch since this location can't seen to get it together. 3rd time messing up a simple withdrawal. Wish the old staff was here still

Worse bank ever. Lobby hours are ridiculous! What bank lobby isn’t open on Saturday? I’ve always wanted to go to a credit union but will be going back to brand name banks again because this place is an absolute joke and when customers tell them complaints... they are rude and simply don’t care cause like most of Helena lately.. as long as they get a 20-30 hour weekly paycheck.. they don’t care.
