      Love this bank. Had been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and then started having problems with them. Closed my account and went with this bank a little over 2 years ago and love these guys and gals. Have had no problems with them and they are always very friendly. The app is very easy to navigate and with just a couple of clicks, I always know just how much is in my account. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

      I entered into the Prosect Ave. branch with my elderly mother. She began to have a coughing fit, from postnasal drip, and needed to sit down, drink water, and rest. As she was recuperating, one of the extraordinarily rude tellers asked if we had business there. As a twenty year member of this credit union, I explained that both me and my mother had accounts, we were there on business, and the reasons why we had taken a seat to rest. She told me she was just asking and to not "cop an attitude" when she was the one who clearly had an attitude in determining who was and wasn't a valued customer. Enjoy your one star review, along with the reason of perennially expressed inhospitality by your establishment why I haven't kept my life savings here for many years.
