      Intrust Bank is terribly inconvenient. I just waisted a trip to Intrust to learn they won't wire money after 4:00 pm. I went at 4:45. Previously, I opened accounts at other banks to avoid paying Intrust's high fees for HSA accounts and bank deposit boxes. Now it's time to move all my business to the other banks. I've had enough of Intrust's inconveniences.

      Employees at this branch don't seem to be well trained and complained to manager because they cost me money and she blamed me the customer! Instead of moving three new accounts to that bank I will be moving them from that bank! They obviously have enough business and don't appreciate customers..
