      I’ve been banking with INTRUST bank since 2018 never really put much thought to my credit score or boosting it up. But when I did try and go apply for a credit card or a secure credit card and was told to sit and wait then was told to just go home and apply online myself. if I knew much about it I wouldn’t have came in for assistance. I told staff I wouldn’t know how to go about out, was told it’s the same thing if they do it or I do it, asked if they could explain a little more, was told they are extremely busy, I should goto a different bank. But isn’t that why I waited my turn? But any how I didn’t know if she meant a different INTRUST bank or different bank all together, but I took her advice and went to a different bank, meritrust they was so helpful. I wouldn’t recommend INTRUST bank to any beginner starting to bank. Very disappointed in INTRUST bank customer service it’s not the first time I’ve experienced bad service from them.
