      I have been banking with Investex for many years and usually interact online and by phone. Today, April 1 2022 I had the opportunity to talk with a young woman, Maria Guerra, who was so pleasant I found it remarkable and told her so and am telling you!

      This bank is getting worse and worse for it being a credit Union they should be more responsible. Drive-through says they're open until 6 PM I drive-through at 5:50 PM and sign says CLOSED per manager Edgar at the location near Hardy its a normal thing that happens since its an automatic system. Also in order to take out money at an ATM and not be charged extra you have to use an investex ATM. The ATM at this same location has been broken for the past 3 months on and off. This bank has changed owners a couple of times but now it's just not having good reviews for reasons of them not being responsible in many ways.

      If I wasn't forced to open an account here (because of my job) I wouldn't have. I've been with them 10 years and get no help with loans. When card was hacked they helped with nothing. All other banks do everything they can to help but not investex. I'd recommend anyone but these people. They do not care at all about customer service
