      I have only wonderful things to say about Investment Property Management! I have been a tenant for a few years now and they have been the best landlords I've had! They are very professional, friendly, and all around great people! Any maintenance issues we have had, they have been resolved right away! They have many properties around and very well taken care of. Last, I love their online portal where you can see avaiable properties and access an online portal to pay your rent.

      Was in the dark after paying the application fee and submitting the application. Submitted my application and tried contacting the office and texting the number with no answer and limited responses.

Unfortunately due to the applications not being complete (one did not provide income verification) we were unable to finish processing it for approval. We will retain your application on file.
