      Horrible customer service, lack of accountability, terrible at returning calls, snarky phone personalities, favorite excuse "I'm kind of new at this" for over a year now.. . Don't get your auto insurance from this company because according to them "insurance is not their main money maker" Translation, I don't care what your needs are, you don't make me enough money. When trying to cancel my policy because I was tired of not mattering and not being called back, I was told the person who handles the policy is out of the office, as she often is, and I would have to call back tomorrow. That's not how that works, you take a message and you have the agent call the customer when they are able. I then expressed that my auto-pay was going to come out in a few days and was told "maybe you should have called sooner"!!!!!! This is definitely not the first time hearing condescending and sharp statements on the phone. You guys need some real lessons in customer service and what matters. Be nice to people because without people you don't make any money.

      great place. They got me back 800 dollars from a previous year that the other tax guys missed after auditing my previous paperwork. They are professional and just plain better at getting me back more each year than any other person out there.
