      I think they must have an equal opportunity hiring program here because the employees are the least qualified humans I have ever had to try to work with. I recently underwent an absolutely horrifying refinance experience with Chito who missed several key pieces of information and dragged the process along for 3 months before coming clean. Absolutely horrifying business experience. Please do your homework and avoid this bank to save yourself time, money, and stress. Avoid Chito at all costs....that is if you can even understand what babble comes out of his mouth. Wow.
