      If you are a person of color or a person with a disability/protected characteristic be very cautious doing business here. Poorly trained staff. Alicia is a common denominator.

      The best bank I've ever dealt with. I've banked with them for several years and I've only had good experiences. They are a friendly, welcoming bank. Every new employee, senior employee and management remember their customers by name, treat you with impeccable respect and make you feel like you're part of their family, yet still maintain professionalism. Kudos to Investors Bank - Maple Shade Branch !!!
