      Margarita is unprofessional rude, And has 0 patience. I asked multiple times for things to be explained so that I could understand. she was short tempered and angry.. And with my learning disability, ADHD and other mental disorders. I had a terrible time understanding her long winded answers. I askd her to slow down and I just simply asked repeatedly to explain for better clarification. She Actually yelled "OH MY GOD!" The more i made it clear i didn't understand more angry she got. This got so out of control that she's yelling at me and I'm yelling back all because I couldn't understand the over draft charges. I then asked what your address is her response to me was "I thought you knew where we were" you don't who you're calling?" So this is the patience we have for people who need help. And Who genuinely Do not understand and need to be explained. And then didn't want to give me her supervisor's name this is a terrible bank and I do not suggest that you go there needless to say we will be taking our bank we will be taking our banking elsewhere.
