      Absolutely disgusted with this bank. In fairness to them I am apprehensive of banks from the get go but even so, there are quite a few that have won me over. I went there to cash a check that was written to me from a previous employer. The check was drawn from Investors Bank. Investors Bank refused to cash the check because I do not have an account there. They offered no other solution. I have never heard of such a thing. To add to the debacle, the staff and even manager, Andrea, were not helpful and acted as though I was a nuisance to their life. I know the employees don’t make the policies if this is indeed one but not only does the bank have crazy policies if so, customer service was a nightmare. I would never recommend this bank to anyone let alone ever look into opening an account here.
