I worked with Keith Sluka and Dionne Jennings when I purchased my home in 2019 and for my refinance this month. Their goal is not to close loans (I mean, this happens too), but to produce educated home owners. You can ask as many questions as you like, they are always eager to inform. I have never met Dionne and have only seen Keith once, but they returned calls and emails as if they were helping a family member close a loan! Basically, closing with Investors won’t feel like a business transaction.
