  I have banked with Inwood for over 6 years - the customer service here is un matched!!!! Everyone I've ever dealt with has been so helpful resolving any needs I've ever had, answered my questions, One lady even stayed late after work for me so I could get my deposit in that day! They are the best!!!

  My grandma used this bank for years. She'd never go anywhere else. I grew up coming to this bank with her. The tellers knew her well and would always ask how she was. They would send lollipops through for me, or my younger sibling when I was grown. These people were always the most courteous, patient, and kind people. If they had more branches I believe I would switch to using them. If you live in Denton, this is the place to do business with. I will always appreciate the kindness and respect they've shown my grandma all these years.

  The only reason I didn't give 5 star's is because, there's not any bank service on Saturday. For those of us who work 5 day's a week and don't have time to make it to the bank during normal hour's of operation.
