      Poor customer service. All I did was call to try to get my check fixed and the lady that I talked to said that everything was my fault and that they've had issues with me all the time and I've never complained I've haven't had any problem until today. I've always just been able to pull up deposit my check and leave that's been it

      I cannot say enough great things about working with Inwood bank. Rick Carroll has always been great. He Has given me some amazing rates not only my home but also on my commercial loans. I would also have to give a special shout out to all the ladies at the Rockwall branch, especially Jamie who is super helpful and professional in the drive-through. Jamie has always gone above and beyond and out of her way to help with any issues that I have encountered.
