      I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Inwood. Gretchen helped me set up my business account and has been such a blessing as I start my new business. Every time I go in I greeted by the staff and my every need is taken care of. They even went as far as sending me a hand written note. I really appreciate a bank that truly cares about your needs.

      After several bad experiences with this bank from being profiled, watching them make up rules that aren’t listed and making excuses for their lack of consistency I am finally glad to leave and take my money elsewhere. If you ever want to report fraudulent action on your card make sure you’re ready to be interrogated and then denied access to a new card until they’ve done their “research” that never follows through with Mastercard it’s their own “investigation”.

      The absolute best customer service. They say hello by name as soon as you walk in. My wife started her business account and they have been so welcoming to her. They even sent a hand written card. Banks everywhere could learn from them.
