      If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL NOR DO THEY SEEM TO WANT TO BE!!! Bitter women working at the teller!! Horrible “costumer service”!! You don’t feel welcomed coming in. The “policies” are ridiculous. I had been banking with this bank since I was 16 and now I’m moving banks! Very rude, makes you feel judged and incompetent! Never going back neither will my family! Woman on the phone was out of touch with how she spoke to me and decided to tell me to go else where after “transferring” me to a VOICEMAIL. Instead of helping me. They are not helpful and seem like they don’t want to deal with costumers and their concerns. And after I was sent to a voicemail I called back 5x and they ignored me! Ridiculous and very unprofessional to say the least!!!! 😡 not only did I feel belittled for needing my services met, but I felt DISRESPECTED. No one should feel that way especially in such a small community!!!! I banked here for most people do for the convenience of it being in our town and because it should be more personable being a smaller community unfortunately this was not the case !!! Poorly done IPAVA STATE BANK. Shame on you all. @Lewistown location. I CAN HONESTLY SAY IVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT A FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH!!!!
