  IPX RETIREMENT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED: Their level of customer service is atrocious. Went to roll over a retirement account back in December, the request wasn't processed regardless of me clicking on the submit icon. I called again in February, the rep assured me that I can just submit the request online, no, not with the Safari browser you can't, nor can you do it with an iPhone, or any Apple product. So, switched browsers to Chrome, the system finally brought me to signature page to finalize the transfer when their own system couldn't recognized my typed name in the signature section. I had to completely log out, close the browser window and start again. The rep I had was trying to do her job, but didn't have the necessary tools to do so. I asked the rep to have the manager call me back, that has yet to happen, hence this review. They would be better off having 6 year old children run their IT Department.

  This place will steal your money, will not pay your beneficiary and will not respond to your emails. Better hope you have your beneficiary correct or that your beneficiary doesn’t pass away unexpectedly they will use that as an excuse to keep your money

  Customer service communication is lacking. I called to make a direct rollover of an old employer account. Informed to fill out a distribution form (which is also used for direct rollovers). The instructions I was given were not clear. I received a full distribution of my funds. I followed up with FPS trust and a couple days later a Liz returned my call. She not only corrected the situation, she provided proper guidance to fill out the distribution form for a direct roll over. Thank you.
