Have my account here for about 6 months, have been very happy with it. Very reasonable fee structure ($360 a year billed quarterly, they are even happy to take it from the IRA balance instead of a credit card so it's before taxes), good customer service and human always available on the phone when you need. Very much recommend it if you want to invest IRA funds in private placements or crypto currencies.

The wire transfer department could have been more efficient and be more responsible. During our recent transfer, a call was made to verify the transfer. We are on conference call, so could not pick up the phone. The rep did not leave a msg, did not call back on the next business day. Another day past. We had to call to follow up for the verifier to call us.

It's been a tough road with IRA Financial. The people there are very nice, but between an unintuitive UI and bouncing around to different support staff, it has been a nightmare to fund my SDIRA account. If you aren't a veteran of such a thing, you're in for a roller coaster ride of voice mail swapping, conflicting directions, and endless form uploads.
