  The worst experience ever, terrible lender and service. We had two loans with this lender. Their online system never works and we had to mail checks to them. I always mailed checks on time and used certified mail service, and have a proof checks were delivered on time, however, they still charged me late fees. Also, they kept insisting the payments are made for the past months, even though it’s not true, all payments were made for the upcoming months. They never know anything about their business and paperwork, every time you call them to get more information, they always say they are either busy at this moment or dont have your file on hand, and promise to call you back, however never do call you back. I have been waiting for the call back since July 4th 2019, no attempt to contact me was made. Their stuff is very unprofessional and rude. The only way for their clients to get a hold of them is not to make payment, and they will call you as many times as you want. Overall, we overpaid about 16K and never got any money back (this includes fake late fees and a few monthly payments they kept without any explanation). We will never do business with this lender again, and I warn you to stay away from them.

  Iron Oaks did a mortgage loan on my home almost a year ago, my experience with them has been great, they were able to do what they said they would do; and they are nice people. I would recommend them.
