      good employees that are very helpful and remember their customers on site most of the time. helpful in any situation, no matter how minor. it may feel like a small town bank, and it acts as such, but it provides HUGE benefits to the communities its in.i use to go with my grandmother to the one in shepherd and they always remembered her name. also the suckers help while im waiting.

      I went to the drive thru 30 minutes before close which I had thought would be enough time to make one simple deposit. Being only the second car in line I waited 35 minutes behind this car and then was not helped and had the lane closed on me immediately after. So I would say it was a big fat waste of time and very slow service. Not very happy with my experiences here.
