  I had the honor in working with iServe in obtaining my Refinance. I was assigned to an Loan Officer by the name of Adam Burch. I was in the Mtg Industry for almost 20 years, especially working with Loan Officers, so I trust no one especially LO's, but after working with Adam, he changed my mind and brought my confidence in his position (LO) back, as well as knowing there are some really good hard working, ethical Loan officers out there like Adam who are willing to truly help you obtain your financial goals. Adam was a wealth of knowledge as well as extremely honest and ethical in all aspects of lending. everything from the application to turning in our financial information was so easy. Adam laid out many options that he suggested would be best finically for us, something Loan officers do not do, or practice these days. My recommendation is to use iServe, but more importantly, specifically ask for Adam Burch as he is the best and I would recommend him to anyone including my family! We are now customers for life, thank you Adam we are so better set financially then when we first started with you! Your constant encouragement and explanation towards what way to go financially was spot on and put our family in a better position financially then ever before. Frank Abatangelo (customer for life).

  I can’t possibly express enough how grateful I am that my wife and I chose Adam to be our lender when buying our home. He was so incredibly available, honest, supportive, and helpful, and helped us first time home buyers get a loan that worked perfectly for our specific needs. Not only that, but he helped us close in just 25 days. The clearest proof of the quality of his work and the trust I have in him is that I’ve recommended Adam to best friends and my sister, who also chose him as their lender and had exactly the same experience as we did. I cannot recommend Adam enough, and nearly two years after buying our house I still regularly turn to him with questions and he is ALWAYS available, helpful, and communicative. Adam is simply the best.
