Classic bait and switch. "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE RATE" Isidro said... quoting you very competitive rates over the phone and on an excel file... Then, after asking multiple times for some "official documentation" of their rates and finally receiving 15 days from closing, BOOM rate goes up almost 2% and I am getting emails asking to sign immediately and overpay for an appraisal to "lock in" my rate. Oh and also, we went over the down-payment multiple times over the phone and they even got this incorrect when they finally gave me a quote. BEWARE of using this company as I have had a horrible experience trying to get reliable quotes/information from Isidro and Ramon.

I repeatedly mentioned to her about the loan restrictions in the county we were dealing with. She repeatedly said I had access to that program within that county. When she was unable to grant the rate promised, Ramon & I started to look at ways to get you the best rate available. There was never a malicious intent to "bait & switch" you.
